AtHome Medical believes that compliance is crucial in patients maximizing the benefit of their sleep therapy program. Accordingly, in December of 2007 we joined forces with ResMed in providing AutoSet technology to our patients as a standard form of sleep therapy. The S8 AutoSet II can be used in 3 modes: standard CPAP therapy, CPAP therapy with EPR (expiratory pressure relief) or Auto titrating therapy. The latter enables the device to provide the exact pressure required based on changing patient needs. We have adopted this device as our standard device as we believe it provides the maximum potential for therapeutic compliance available for a patient.
